“I was most excited as it was the very first time id booked with pet pyjamas. However the room didn't have the welcome we were expecting. I had to go down and ask reception. Although she apologised. I was still gutted.”

“100% recommend this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and as we were on the ground floor ( room 5) we had terrace doors to let Pinot ( the dog) out, without traipsing through reception etc. Brilliant idea..... food was fabulous in the nelson bar. Afternoon tea was gorgeous in the palm court, our waiter was great and very attentive. We hope to come back soon.”
