“Our booking was cancelled 48 hours before we were due to arrive with no explanation. We had tried to contact Petspyjamas numerous times as had not received access details a week before and could not get hold of anyone. We were told that we could not have a refund due to Covid, however, this was nothing to do with Covid. After being loyal customers for several years it was so dispppointing to be let down so badly without even an apology.”
