“The cottage is absolutely fabulous in a stunning location with views all around. So homely especially to come home to after waking & exploring with our dog Spoon. Full of character. The four poster bed was amazing & we had such great night sleeps.The hosts were so helpful & welcoming & even invited us to their local pub's new years fancy dress which was a great night especially as the pub is 1 min from the cottage!!. The locals made us feel really welcome & we had a few evenings in front of the pubs log fire . Been to the Lake district many times but this location was a first and will not be the last .Highly recommended. A real gem in every aspect. Jo & Ian & Spoon”
