“Naunton is a lovely village. There is a dog friendly pub ( Black Horse) serves good meals. Staff are very friendly as are the locals. A deli van visits once a week - ask the pub for details. Lots of good walks in the area. Check out the Wardens Way walk. Pixie Cottage lives up to its name. It is very small. On the ground floor is a lounge with dining table and a very small kitchen. There were no wine glasses or a casserole dish should you want to put something in the oven. The fridge was very small. There was no DVD player. This wasn't an issue as it was a glorious week but may have been a problem if there had been bad weather. Up very steep stairs there is a bedroom with a small tallboy. It would fit proper wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower attachment on the taps. Needs a hook on the wall and some shower curtains. Would visit the area again but not this property. Our Tibetan Terrier was disappointed as there were no dig treats like we had had on other Pets Pyjamas holidays. The property may suit others but it was not for us”
