“Lack of communication... and tea towels We choose Pets & Pyjamas with the promise of a better service than what you get from pure online portals, but we have been very disappointed About Pets & Pyjamas The instructions to find the cottage were incorrect, stating the house was on the right when indeed is on the left. It took us half an hour of knowing on doors to find. We called the number of the owner the company gave us and sent a message, 4 days later I'm still waiting for an answer. We also called the number Pets & Pyjamas provides to contact them, went straight to voicemail despite being a Saturday at 11am, 4 days later I'm still waiting for an answer from them too. The house is supposed to have some terraces with a nice view you could use asking the owner, the same one whose number we got and that is impossible to contact so not sure who and when has been able to enjoy this. About the cottage Is what expected but: Provide more than one tea towel would be a nice idea. There is a wood burner but just a couple of logs provided, not sure if we were expected to but more? For four people they provided 4 towels, 1 hand towel and one towel for the dog. A bit tight if I'm honest and things don't get dry quickly here.”
