“We had a great holiday at The Boathouse and enjoyed every minute of our time on the Island. The Cottage was perfectly placed for us and ideal if you are taking the Red Funnel Ferry to East Cowes as you literally only have to drive around the corner. Two Supermarkets on the doorstep with M&S food at West Cowes. A good base for exploring the Island and the 'Floating Bridge' (Foot and Car) to get you over to West Cowes only a short walk/drive away. Very roomy and comfortable living space and two good size bedrooms one en-suite and the other with a shower room attached. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The housekeeper was contacted once and was very helpful. The only very minor problem we had was that there was only a small caddy for 'food waste'. Good parking spaces. The Garden was great for eating out and completely safe for our Scottish Terrier who appreciated the bushes, grass and also his daily walk along the waterfront.”
