The Falcondale is a great hotel welcoming, comfortable, friendly staff, great food and really dog friendly with lots of open space safely located away from roads. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back

The Hotel was lovely & clean. Service was excellent, especially the lady serving breakfast Food was delicious, although a glass of wine even for hotel prices was dreadfully overpriced Some areas are ready for a little bit of update, e.g. our bathroom But overall a lovely stay

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Yes the dog received a pleasant welcome and indeed a sausage at breakfast but nothing in particular provided save for jar of dog treats at reception..
Lovely position and established gardens. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Menu choice and food quality good. Sadly interior is dark and tired and rooms dated despite basic bathroom makeover. Small conservatory pleasant, despite drainage noise! Dogs welcome but despite supple ent charged nothing particular provided, no housedog, no water bowls, nothing in room. Grounds are lovely but dog poo and bags lying around, broken plate/tile on footpath and trees down, disused tennis court turned into wedding venue. All a little sad as it all looks tired and dated. However, pleasant stay and hopefully owners invest for the future.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The only things that would make things better would be flowers in reception which was a little dull and unwelcoming. . Also some room fresheners and flowers throughout would help as the place was a little musty.
The room we had was large and comfortable and the view was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful and they loved dogs. The hotel provided a nice welcome pack fot the dogs. We eat our meals in the conservatory with our dog which was reserved for dog owners. We thought it was better than the main restaurant! The food and service were excellent. Overall really good but see minor suggestions below which would make it even better.

Our Labradoodle, Otto, who is not a massive fan of holidays (!), enjoyed his stay in the very spacious room 20. He also enjoyed exploring the grounds (on a long lead), with lots of fascinating new smells to follow. A bowl was provided (lucky as we had forgotten ours) as well as a box of sample food from Bobandlush.com. (I thought it was a box of chocs for us at first!).
