Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? no

“Good rooms,public areas comfortable,staff generally empathetic but operating on rules that were hostile to caring for a young dog for example by not allowing dogs to join their owners in the evening when they ordered food.We thought we had cleared this before we arrived.One or two staff notable one supervisor was off putting but her manager was more sensible.”
