Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Sadly there was a mix up about our booking. This was ALL very stressful. However sorted out promptly and efficiently by Anais at PP.
First PP experience. Staff at hotel welcoming and helpful. Start of our summer “PP Progress”. Ginny felt right at home.

Not an ideal hotel for dogs to stay. There is no Grass for them to do there business, the have to be walked across main road to small park. Hotel claims to have great showers with lots of pressure and power, it took me 10 minutes to rinse shampoo out of my hair. Had to wait 10 minutes for staff member to check us in. Service in restaurant was terrible, Manager Dean who was amazing, told us our waiting staff had has domestic with partner and not having a good day. Not my problem. Night staff manager was rude and unhelpful. All in all, was meant to stay two nights, and cut my stay short and left after one.

Really lovely stay...... Mischa , our cocker spaniel was made a thorough fuss of by both staff and locals! Despite being a busy Saturday night and a local watering hole the staff were very welcoming and accommodating Our suite was fabulously roomy and ground floor which is always a bonus for going weewees! (Although no grass on grounds- just a courtyard) Food and drinks were lovely and sensibly priced The surrounding area has some quirky dog friendly shops which are worth nosing in Only downside was no welcome pack and when I enquired at reception no-one knew anything about it

The room was huge, plenty big enough for a dog, lots of nice areas to walk nearby including Hatfield Forest. the New Years Eve party was a lot of fun, can can dancers and a singer with delicious food. Small drawbacks for a dog owner; No grass in the grounds of the hotel and my dog won’t go on pavement so every time she needed to go to the toilet I had to walk her which was not ideal late at night. The lovely white bedding looked pristine however with a dog in winter it’s not the ideal choice of colour as no throw was provided to go over the top, as much as I tried stopping her from jumping on the bed it still happened! Point from me is that the shower was poor, just a dribble and barely any hot water. I complained twice but the issue was not resolved. Despite this the staff were friendly and it was a lovely atmosphere in the main bar where dogs were allowed, meal times could also be eaten in the bar so doggy companions can join.
