“We went to Ladore falls for my birthday. We booked 2 nights, the spa and 3 course meal. The trip was nice, but wish we had been told a few things before we arrived. We were told the japanese restaurant was fully booked for the saturday, which was disappointing. Anyway we swapped the restaurants round which was fine. The Spa was lovely but very busy, we couldnt get a locker for the first half an hour so had to wait in reception. The staff in the side restaurant/bar where dogs can go were lovely. The breakfast was very average. The rooms are nice but a little dated, with no mini bar, so we had to keep the dogs food on the balcony. It was in a nice location right next to the lake. The room next to us were very loud until about 2am. All in all, it was a nice stay but i wouldnt go back.”

“My husband and I had a fantastic stay with our two cocker spaniels Henry and Willow. It was for my husband’s 50th birthday. The hotel upgraded our room and there was a lovely card and chocolates in the room. The view from the room was absolutely fantastic. There were two cosy dog beds in the room which our dogs loved after a day walking. We had a fantastic afternoon tea on arrival which I would highly recommend. The dogs got cozy in front of the fire. It was so comfortable and relaxing in the sitting area. We also had our breakfast there. Our dogs stayed in our room when we had our evening meal. We had an amazing meal in the Mizu restaurant - highly recommend this place. We did not use the spa but my husband had a look around and he said it looked fantastic. The staff were so lovely and we did mention this to the manager. We will definitely return.”
