“Booked this and paid in full. Cancelled 5 weeks ago after the event we were due to attend was cancelled. Agreed to forfeit 10% booking fee. Agreed with Pets Pyjamas they would pay me 90% within 30 days. Now they’re apparently refusing to refund me. Maybe they shouldn’t have sent me a review email?”
