“Ordered this for one of my children for Christmas. Experienced issues with the site and was unable to order initially, however customer services was responsive and helpful via Facebook messaging and advised to try on a computer/laptop which I did, and managed to order. My confirmation email never came through but, again, customer services was helpful and got back to me quickly and had it sent out. The item took a few days to arrive so fairly quick delivery given the time of year. Unfortunately, the box the item arrived in not only identified the website I'd ordered from but stated what the item in the box was, on an order sticker, and this was seen by my child who believed Santa would be bringing this. Item itself is nice enough but I'd never order again following this. I can't see any reason why the content details need to be stuck on the box and the website need to make it clear their packaging is not discreet.”
