“DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Candles arrived without personalisation even though we had checked numerous times throughout the order process to ensure the wording was correct. Extremely poor customer service. We offered to return the candles and requested the labels were reprinted with our correct wording, but now we are just being ignored.”
