“Don’t bother with these people, absolutely rubbish. Sent numerous emails , tried to call them , even sent a secondary email to confirm what I want to have put on the item, still got it wrong, for a special anniversary which is really important for my parents 60th Diamond wedding anniversary, you will get better service and communication from Woolworths and they have not been trading for over 30 years, absolutely WASTE of time and MONEY!! I’m now left with something that can’t be used but has been paid for and with no response from the company to even offer to rectify THEIR mistake!!! . BEWARE DONE WASTE YOUR MONEY.”
