“I have not received a confirmation email of my order. I have no idea when my order will arrive. I have got no information at all. Very poor. I have emailed personalise.co.uk but still had no response from them. I will be chasing this up regularly and will escalate if no response. Thankfully paid by credit card. Note: this is not a product review as I have not received my order.”
