“The issue I would like to highlight is the wall tie installation tool is not very hard wearing, it is really expensive for what it is and the tip of it only lasted a few ties before starting to become deformed and now it is difficult to keep it on the tie when driving them in. I would expect something much more capable of lasting for the £50 paid for this item, very disappointed with the performance of this item.”

The basic SDS Install Tool doesn't require the tip part to be inserted until most of the tie has been driven in, so the tip is only used for a short period.
