I have applied it to a rough sandstone finish with roller and brush and it goes on easily and has soaked in. Also tried a spry which did work but the prduct needs to loosen up a bit. stopped doing this as I felt the roughnmess of the wall needed a brush.
I have no idea if it works and certainly no idea if it will last 20 yrs as claimed.
