“I bought 2 x 5 litres of this cream and a £70+ a tub is not cheap. However can I just say how easy to apply and the double coating I gave to the K render has made it totally impermeable. Before the coating there were heavy damp patches after rainfall. Now the water just flows off leaving everywhere dry. So looking forward to 30years if guaranteed weatherproofing.”

“Used for treating a 1930s red brick wall with lime mortar joints. Unfortunately the face of some bricks have spalled and the lime mortar is pitted in places but not bad enough to warrant repointing the whole wall. I have repaired most of the worst joints. I can't give five stars as it hasn't been on the wall long. Time will tell if it has stopped damp penetrating. It's very easy to apply, almost like brushing whipped cream onto the wall. If brushing I found it easy with a 4" brush with a bent handle which is much less tiring. They are readily available from Sc*fix. I did use a roller for some high up bits but prefer working it into the joints with a brush. Coverage was pretty much as specified. It very quickly soaks into the brickwork making it difficult to see where you've been if you stop for a tea break. Within about 30 minutes you wouldn't know the wall had been treated. I currently have scaffold up my gable wall and rightly or wrongly am going to try applying another coat as it's about 8.5m to the apex and I won't get another opportunity. Still got the chimney to do but that's getting repointed first. Very quick service from Permagard, thank you.”

“Excellent product to waterproof single skin brick wall with out preforms other products I have used in the past highly recommend this and permaguard to purchase from as they are upto £150 per tub cheaper than other online sellers and fast delivery mine arrived next day !!”
