Cementitious Water Plug
PermaSEAL Waterstop is a cement-based ready-to-use mix, designed to quickly stop live water leaks. Our water plug mortar sets rapidly allowing you to prevent any water leakage within three minutes. It is designed for use with concrete and masonry.
The mix contains chemical modifiers and selected graded aggregates to ensure complete water plugging wherever it is applied. It dries without shrinking so that you have enough time to carry out a permanent repair. The product is easy to use; all you need to do is mix with water on site and apply.

“Waterstop did exactly what it says. No more water ingress from the flooded unit next door. it does set VERY quickly, so only mix small amounts at a time.”

“I only needed a small amount to seal the bottom of some old bolt holes in the base of a garage floor that were letting water rise up; mixed the compound as instructed, pushed into the base of the hole to form a plug, and it was hard within a few minutes. Then filled the rest of the hole is with waterproof cement. Worked as suggested. Great product.”

“Permaseal worked just as described. It does set bloody quick so you need to be careful, but it works! this will be my go to product for this type of thing now. It is a little expensive ith delivery though if only buying small quantities at a time.”

“Goes off whilst mixing ! Small batch mixing only ! Does mention this on the data sheet , but this is awesome stuff . Handfuls at a time . Not a third of a standard 10l bucket . Use immediately. No standing time .”
