Anti Condensation Coating
PermaPROTECT Anti Condensation Paint is a specially formulated coating that prevents condensation on a variety of surfaces. When you apply our paint, it raises the surface temperature of the internal walls. This increase in temperature changes the dew point - the temperature at which moisture forms on a surface. The result is that condensation takes up to 60% longer to form, providing amazing protection from damp and mould.
Condensation and black mould growth is an issue that affects many properties. Damp and mould look and smell unpleasant, but can also make health...

“I have found that the permaguard anti condensation paint that i used from you is thinner than the previous ones that i have used from you.lt is packaged in a new style tub so you have made changes. As the thermal paint was thinner than before I found this disapointing and will look at other makes.”

Hi Robert. Sorry to hear that you noticed a change with your latest order. We rebranded and reformulated to a thinner consistency but the product is the same quality. We hope that you'll still be pleased with the results!

“Unfortunately, it did not work as advertised, so I am very disappointed with this product. The wall still gets wet because of condensation, the same as before the application of the paint. No warming of the wall effect at all. As much as I'm happy with the other Permagard product, I had purchased in the past, this one was a total waste of money. Bobbling appeared after the second coat had dried and got wet overnight because of the little condensation.”

“Paint went on well. The first tin I bought,, the paint came in a plastic bag which was a bit of a nuisance. The second tin took about 20 mins to open which was very frustrating.”

“Very carefully and securely packaged for shipping - not always the case with paint orders online, which can leak - and, being water-based, Permagard is easy and pleasant to use. Excellent coverage of old walls providing a bright and durable finish; its two coat recommendation works as an attractive painted surface in addition to its anti-condensation qualities. Too early to give a review of the long term impact but early signs are that it will be a successful anti-condensation and anti-mould finish, feels warm and dry to touch after years of problems with the walls. I will happily revisit this review in a year or so to confirm this early promise as required. Before and after photographs supplied.”
