“It’s not so much insomnia for me but the quality of sleep. Falling asleep is not a problem, my problem is clenched jaws and fists and a generally uncomfortable, fitful sleep. I found Performance Lab very helpful for a longer, relaxed, uninterrupted sleep, walking up energised and refresh and feeling much better during the day. Shame it’s out of stock, I will reorder”
