Sleep is an important part of my routine for getting restorative sleep. I achieved longer periods of deep sleep and rem. I now average 3 1/2 hours of deep and rem sleep combined in a 7 1/2 hour sleep pattern. I have more energy and lower stress levels from quality sleep. I have noticed improvements in my strength and muscle mass from the combination of strength training, quality nutrition and restorative sleep.

I have PTSD related insomnia, so Sleep is quite enough for me, but it does help.

Hi Mark, We're glad to hear Sleep is helping. In terms of dosage, if you're not already doing so it's fine to up your dosage to 4 caps per night. Because Sleep is a natural formula, the benefits should build over time. You could try 4 caps for 30 days to see if it improves. So far seems to be ok. Hard to swallow though like other performance lab supplements. Used to drink montmorency juice before with apple cider vinegar vinegar, lemon and fresh mint. And took a magnesium supplement alongside. Trying this instead. Most sleep including rem sleep more or less the same after almost a month. Deep sleep slightly higher though not significantly nor enough yet. Lets see. Will continue for another month or two and then decide if worth continuing or reverting to my previous regime.

Aly, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Sleep is a natural, herbal formula. It tends to work gently and gradually, with benefits accumulating over time. With that in mind continuing for another month or two as you've mentioned is absolutely the best thing to do. You could also increase it to a maximum of 4 capsules per day if needed. In terms of Sleep being difficult to swallow, the capsules can be opened and blended with a drink if that's easier to take. Let us know how you get on!
I have been taking this product for a year now following vaccination complications. It has helped me enormously to get some sleep. I drift off to sleep faster and go back to sleep after waking in the night. I have recommended this product to family and friends. It has really helped my recovery.

Gillian this is fantastic to hear. We get that comment a lot—about it helping you drift off when you do wake in the night. That's possibly down to the lemon balm and Montmorency tart cherry. These relieve and relax muscle and joint aches - making it easier to slip back into sleep. Thanks for taking time out to write this review Gillian. It's lovely to hear from you!

Oh Barry, insomnia is the worst isn't it. We really do feel your pain on this. It's a tough one. Because no doubt you've done all the research, tried all the recommendations, no screens before bed, no caffeine after 2pm, etc etc, the list goes on. And still no sleep. We're gutted our Sleep formula hasn't been able to help you. We formulated this to be safe for long-term use (opting for L-Tryptophan over the quicker fix of 5-HTP). Benefits will build over time, but we understand it's not a fix for all sleep disorders. If you are continuing on your quest for the right supplement, just double check ingredients are safe for long term use. And Barry—elephant guns are definitely not on the safe-to-use list! I have used Sleep for a few years. I stopped and used other brands. I am back now with Performance Lab Sleep . Excellent product and with other Performance Lab products ‘it does what it says on the tin’
