“I have tried this product for the first time. After a few nights, I find that it helps me get to sleep quite quickly. Alas, sleep maintenance is still not quite what I would like. I get six to seven hours of sleep. The nice part is that I wake up clearheaded, which is a great benefit. Highly recommended, unless you need at least 8 hours of sleep.”

“This product is the only supplement I've bought (of approx. 10-12) in the last 3 years that has enabled me to sleep through the night, most nights of the week, but it hasn't yet done that without 12.5 mg of an OTC antihistamine sleep aid taken at the same time.
