I have tried numerous pre-workouts and this is by far my favorite. I am caffeine-sensitive, but want the energy to complete a workout, which this does and has the sodium needed to prevent cramping. Highly recommend!

I'm approaching my 82nd birthday and I work out regularly. I have a trainer 2 days of the 5 days a week of which I work out. I have tried many products after I used Pre Lab Pro. Nothing compares to your product. I am happy to be back. I lift fairly heavy for my age therefore I need the boost I get from Pre Lab Pro. It definitely is a significant difference.

I've used Pre Lab Pro for over a year now and love it. It helps me be more alert, focused and intense in my workouts without any crash or negative feelings. I also like that it's a safe product. It's thr only pre workout I use.

I don't get the caffeine based dehydration and odd headaches are gone. Great product.

I'm more of a casual gym goer, usually after work and quite tired. I feel like the pre workout has been helping me significantly, even though I'm only using half a scoop (sometimes even less than that). It is quite sweet, so I suggest just mixing with a little water and drinking it. I tried mixing with Whey and the taste was not the most pleasant. I tried taking a full scoop, but since I usually have after 17h00, I noticed that I had trouble slipping and felt some palpitations. My workout routine is not the most demanding, so I probably didn't "burn" everything.

I enjoy using Pre Lab Pro for my pre-workout supplement because it gives me the energy I need to push through my entire workout without giving me the jitters or shakes.
