“At 56 I know I'm getting on a bit but I'm still an avid gym goer. I set myself a goal to lose some weight but found myself tiring quickly.

The improvemt I saw was pretty much instantaneous! I was finishing my planned workout and wasn't as tired. This meant I could try more weight and increase the time and resistance on the cardio I was doing.

I have more energy throughout the day if I work out in the morning and as a shift worker, if it's a late workout, there's no "buzz' keeping me awake. Really important for my rest and recovery.

Hey Julia, we're so sorry this has been your experience. This isn't normal for Pre Lab Pro. We've identified a bad batch. It's been taken off sale now until the new batch comes through.
Rest assured, it is safe to still use if you've been breaking it up, but obviously this consistency is unacceptable and isn't what you expect from us.
