So far so good. Great product, decent price. I don't even swallow the pills (they are too large for me), I just put them in my mouth and chew them to release the liquid and spit out the capsule. You can even open the capsule and add to a smoothie!

“The product itself is absolutely excellent - I did a lot of research and found that these are the best value for money I could find when you look at the actual DHA and EPA content, which is the whole purpose of them. Alternatives that are cheaper per dose have nowhere near the same amount of DHA and EPA per dose. However, they are big so if you struggle to swallow pills you may struggle with these a bit, I certainly do. And I had to unsubscribe from their emails eventually as they emailed me almost every day, sometimes twice a day! I'm no marketing executive but it seems obvious to me that's way more than anyone wants to receive emails just because they bought some supplements.”
