“My rating of 4 is due to the fact that I've been doing a whole food, plant-based lifestyle for a year and a half, and just in June 2022 I started taking other supplements, along with Omega-3, after analysis of some lab tests. Altogether, this lifestyle, including the supplements have boosted/improved my mental clarity, strength and stamina, concentration, sleeping patterns, and weight management. I will have more lab tests within the next month or two, which will show any progress with my omega-3 levels. So, I cannot pinpoint how Omega-3 has helped me.
