“I have never really eaten a great deal of fish before but having gone vegan recently I’ve become increasingly conscious about nutrition. This lead me to see if I could find a good source of omega 3 and whether I would notice any difference. At this stage, disappointingly, I’ve not noticed any benefits but I do also have plenty more capsules still to consume.
As for the taste or smell, I would say they are fine. They do not particularly smell or taste of much at all. I haven’t really experienced any aftertaste which is good. They are larger than expected, but they zip on down my throat quite easily with a glass of water.”
“I am very happy with this product. Having been a vegan for a long time, there has been some concern with getting enough essential DHA and EPA, even though flax seed meal has been consumed. I needed to be sure that any Omega-3 supplements were free from any harmful contaminates and Performance Lab reassured me of this. I feel great and that says something to me! One small note, as a vegan, one wonders where the small amount of dietary cholesterol (2 mg) comes from?”

“I had a bottle that had a putrid smell with many pills stuck together. I didn't really question it until a few weeks later. I had contacted your customer support and they responded to me very quickly. They asked for a photo of the pills stuck together as proof and I did email them back with a photo and a video explanation but they never responded back. This is really disappointing since I appreciated the quickness of their email but they never followed up with me. I don't think I will be purchasing again. Not worth the money.”
