Avas, this is great to hear! Evidence suggests that omega-3s help fight inflammation so hopefully that's what you're feeling. Along with easing your joint pain, EPA in particular, may have pro-anabolic/anti-catabolic properties in muscle. So you're getting that muscle support as well as relief from joint pain.

One in the morning and one one at night ...now I take 1 in the morning and 2 at night ... it's working and I love the vegan because I am allergic to all fish...just like the old one better. “I've been taking these for 4 months now and can't see what effect they're having. I've been told that it takes up to 6 months to kick in and see any change though so I will stick with it.
The only criticism I have is the postage cost. If I buy multiples then I get offered free postage. In this current cost of living crisis, I don't have the financial capacity to order more than one item at a time. I feel I'm being penalised for not being able to spend more money, which doesn't seem reasonable right now. I do understand that everyone, including businesses are struggling, but I wish there was a fairer way to do this. I also know that most businesses do this, but again it only benefits those who are able to spend more money. Maybe introduce a loyalty scheme with reduced postage or something else to encourage people who don't have so much monthly disposable income to support your business and not look elsewhere? It would be really appreciated and keep me shopping with you.”
