“Not sure of efficacy. I can say that unlike other joint supplements I've tried, Flex doesn't have side effects. I've been taking Flex almost a month now, and my knee feels somewhat better, but the change has been too gradual to say it's Flex (vs season change, et al) that is effecting the change. Plus, I still have days when the knee pain spikes for no apparent reason. Seems this would not happen if Flex was making systemic change in my joints.”
