“I'm having mixed issues. some days the i'm pain free other i still have a lot of pain in my thumbs. I'm not doing any physical work when this happens. I'm concrened because i order several months supply and the deliveries are made in 97 plus degree weather. This must impact the the pills.”

As for your delivery concern, the shipping box alongside the supplement bottle will prevent the ingredients from reaching damaging temperatures. That said, if you notice anything like capsules degrading, please let us know.

It's great to hear you've had good results initially with Flex. I've double checked as to whether anything has changed in our Flex formula, but rest assured, it's definitely still the same ingredients, suppliers and dosages.
If results are mixed, we'd recommend upping you dose to see if that helps. Taking up to 4 capsules per day is completely fine and safe. We hope this will help you get those results consistently again.
