We would not expect there to be any glue that is not dry in a finished pair of shoes. Please could you clarify where this glue is and if possible send a photograph? In a hand made pair of shoes, it is not unusual for there to be occasional small residual marks of glue, particularly on the inside of the shoe. We would, of course, be more than happy to refund or exchange the shoes if there are excessive glue marks. We are sorry that you found the sizing to be less than ideal - and if they remain unworn we can refund or exchange them. Sizing of shoes is never easy when buying over the internet. There is no guarantee of being sure of the sizing as everybody has different shaped feet. However, we find that the provision of expert individual sizing advice to our customers via email is very successful.
