“This is a great shoe and the color is very inviting and arrived with a nice thin shine on the toe area. The only downside is that the museum calf is particularly thin and is prone to creasing. Please note that this is unlined, which is in all descriptions but is easy to miss.”

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time to review and for your 4 stars despite your concerns in relation to the leather. We agree that the colour and finishing on these shoes is wonderful. The fact that it is unlined is a feature and perhaps could be better highlighted - the shoe is a seasonal style for summer. We will update our description. I have examined our remaining pairs of this style along with David, our Trickers brand manager and we are content that the leather is up to the usual Trickers full-grain leather standards. Of course, as the shoe is unlined, the overall sense is of a thinner upper.
