“Whilst I like the colour and style of the shoe, I am finding it quite difficult to get comfortable wearing them. The right heel cuff is extraordinarily stiff and causes blistering unlike any other quality shoe.”

Many Goodyear welted shoes do require some wearing in and it is possible that this issue will improve with time. It is possible that the last just doesn't suit your right foot.
