“The G&G TR80 is a great piece of kit that turns heads! When I took it to my local site, it hit 310fps on .25 bio BBs - which most people would turn their nose up to. Despite this, I was hitting my targets just fine and was incredibly pleased! if it works, and there are no problems, then there is no need to modify it needlessly - especially on a proprietary platform such as this. The gun was super fun to shoot, and it feels great to use a DMR platform that isn't an AK or an M4! The MOSFET alerts you when there is a problem (so far I haven't had any) like low battery, where it beeps intermittently. The gun also comes with a remote control to manually change these settings - I have tried pairing the gun and controller, but unfortunately had no luck. While the general recommendation for MOSFETs is an 11.1v battery, I run a 7.4v to preserve the internals for as long as possible. (That's just the kind of person I am.)”
