“This pistol came with what I believe to be a manufacturing fault. I emailed Patrol Base to enquire about getting this resolved and so far everything has been smooth sailing. They've even provided a prepaid courier in order for me to return the item for replacement or repair depending on the fault once confirmed. Faults happen, it's how they're dealt with that shows integrity here. 10/10 for returns process and customer service.”
