“The UAR is a great, versatile little bullpup. Pros: it comes with 2 extra springs; a 110 and a 130, so won't take much work to turn it into a small DMR. Swapping out to the 110 spring it consistently throws 0.25BBs at 0.98J. It's lightweight, so easy to throw around and change direction at the drop of a hat, and it comes with 2 high-cap style winder mags (one shorty and one normal size) Cons: It's picky about the mags it accepts; it won't take my Nuprol stanag midcaps, but it does take my mate's midcaps (I don't know his brand). This is down to how the feed area is built and how big the spur at the top of the mag is. So far, this is the only issue I've had and I don't think it's enough of one to mark it down. As a wish-list / nice to have, I'd add that given they ship it with a M130, they should probably have fitted a mosfet at the factory, but they didn't, so that'll be the first mod I make to mine.”
