“Trying to find the entrance was horrific. It is most deffiently not sign posted. We were so close to missing our flight because we wete going round in circles.”
“1. Price was great and cost less than a taxi or minibus would have cost us to the airport.
2. Location was easy to find, although Parking Up did have the wrong postcode which takes you down an airport road you're not meant to go. Luckily there were people there who laughed and said many people do follow the satnav and miss the actual very large sign that tells you to turn right, into the drop off car park
3. Once in the drop off car park, it's very straight forward. Upon entering, your car is scanned automatically with cameras to record the condition of your car and any damage, marks etc that are on it. Park up in an available space, of which there is an abundance, unload, lock up and follow the signs through the doors to the key drop off. Again that is all straight forward and there are people to assist you.
4. After dropping off the keys, you take the lift down to ground floor and walk a few yards to the shuttle bus stop or follow the signs to terminal 3. The shuttle buses are very regular, every 10 mins, easy to get on and off with luggage and the drivers are helpful. The bus takes around 5-10 mins to get to terminal 2 and drops you off right outside the main terminal doors.
5. On return you exit the terminal and again the bus stop is right there. Buses again every 10 mins and the very short trip back to the car park.
6. Once in the collection office, you simply scan the receipt from when you dropped your keys off, it tells you which locker your keys are in and that's it. You then simply follow the location details to find your car, which is very easy. We checked the car and no damage or any concerns whatsoever.
7. Follow the signs to exit the car park and within minutes you are on the motorway and travelling home.
Excellent, very easy to use service that is very well priced. It was our first time using it and will most definitely use it next time. Journey wise, it was certainly the least stressy part of going on holiday.
