“I must admit I was surprised where my SatNav was taking me, as the car park is in a slightly residential area, but the link with directions they sent via email was bang on.
It's not a massive car park as you would normally see near an airport, but I actually preferred that fact - I felt like my car was safer.
The staff there were super friendly and helpful, and there is someone there 24/7 by the looks of things. The minibus drivers who took us/picked us up were also super friendly and helpful.
Once you've checked your car in (you can either hand your keys in to the staff in the office or take them with you), you're given a card with 2 mobile numbers to call when you've returned to the airport and you're at the baggage claim. They will tell you where to wait, and come and collect you (but I would recommend that you add at least an hour to your arrival time when you book your parking - to cover delays - as you will be charged if you go past your allotted/paid for time).
I would definitely use this service again, and have already recommended it to friends.”
