Thanks for your feedback. You should have not paid anything further if you parked between the times on your booking as you had prepaid. You will be entitled to get a refund from the airport for this. Please contact them quoting your booking reference from ourselves to get this sorted.

As soon as you place the booking on our website, the car park are made aware of your booking, and in your case with the car park you booked at, your registration is loaded onto their ANPR system so that you can drive through the entry barrier. We will speak to the car park to understand what happened on this occasion.
