“It says it's park and ride with a shuttle to the airport.
No shuttle so had to walk to the airport along a duel carriage way and cross a roundabout. Luckily it wasn't raining and I didn't have luggage. It would have been a nightmare otherwise.
As I was returning the same day, my car was just parked on the road and NOT in a secure parking area.
Staff very pleasant but service was zero.”
Thank you for your feedback. There should have been a shuttle as this is a park and ride service. We will speak to the car park to understand why you did not have a shuttle to the airport. Please accept our apologies on this occasion.
“The parking company doesn’t have the right dates for us.
Also the booking included a shuttle bus to and from the airport from the car park.
We were told the shuttle had been cancelled as airport charges.
And told to walk in the bad weather and we have mobility issues.
Really poor customer service and care.”
I'm sorry to hear this. We have checked with the car park, and they had the same dates that we had on the booking that you made. We will be speaking to them as to why the shuttle was not available, as this is a park and ride service that you booked.
“Good staff. Easy to drop car. Was out ready on our return. Easy walk to airport if your mobile. Just watch for the turn into the drive as it's apart if s small industrial unite site. Will use again. Excellent value for money they also off valeting.”
