“Where do I start? It's not a park and ride. No transport from the parking site to the terminal. Ad says it's a 5 minute walk. More like 15 minutes. Ad suggests secure parking. You leave your vehicle in an indoor garage. On checking my dashcam on return, my car was driven to a yard a few miles away, 20 minutes after we parked up. It was brought back the morning of our arrival back to Liverpool and left in an insecure yard near Imagine reception for 14 hours. Guy on reception gave me my keys and said the car was parked round the corner near a cafe. After wandering about in the dark we eventually found it. Not as advertised. Would never use Imagina again.”
