“I used these friendly guys few times. Last time they lost my car key and insisted they never received it. It was 2 of us. We just accepted it as a hassle so we let go. but now? How many miles my car has done under "their care being parked"? I accidentally gave later car collection time than factual and the lads said they "have the car on different site" and they now got to bring the car from around old airport site? And when I started engine they were just on removing recent trip's distance? I am very concerned, I did not agree for my car to be driven away by someone, what if
they crashed it? Are they Lucky? Are they actually insured to drive all cars left for parking? Will I get a speeding ticket for some day I was out of the country and they were trusted to keep it parked and secured? I will never use this car park again. I can't risk I will find my car being involved in accident by their staff? I rely on my car for work. Shame.”
Thank you for your feedback. At this car park, your car will have been moved from their drop off point, to their main car park around the corner. It would have added 1 mile to the car at the most. The car park and their drivers are fully insured for this. We will speak to the car park regarding these points of the staff members actions.
