“Close to airport. Car was outside ready to collect but I will think carefully about to use your services again. Someone drove my car without my permission. The fuel gauge showed 20 miles less than when I dropped the car off, and someone had folded down the rear seats—leaving the seatbelts trapped behind them—whereas I always leave them fastened. Also, the entire steering wheel was covered in some kind of white dust or paint, so it seems to me that someone used my car to transport items like renovation materials maybe. Not nice”
Thank you for your feedback. We will speak to the car park regarding this as we are not sure how this could of happened. Your car gets moved from the drop off point to the main parking area and back again, that is certainly not 20 miles away.
“Worried after seeing bad reviews But it was so easy and my car was exactly how I left it. Clean tidy and only been moved a few yards to re park it.
