“Try to avoid. Waited almost 2 hours at T3 on our return. Unanswered phone calls, told on 3 occasions our transfer was 10-15 minutes away. Arrived back at the car park eventually to be greeted by very unhappy customers, some of which had been waiting hours for lost/damaged cars and keys. Fortunately only had to wait another 20 minutes for my car to be located. Looked as though it had been driven through a mud bath. Was assured it wasn’t always like that but can only review on my experience.”
