“I am leaving 3 stars due to a clear mismatch between what was advertised and the service provided. My booking indicated a short-stay drop-off with a brief walk to the terminal. However, I was required to drop off at long stay and transfer via shuttle bus for both legs of the trip. Furthermore, despite submitting my return flight details beforehand, I was faced with a 40-minute wait for my car after calling post-luggage collection. The service was ultimately completed safely, but the false advertising on location and delay on return were disappointing”
