“I ordered seven Laurel bushes. When they arrived, they were all a bit battered looking. The form of four of these plants was okay, but the other three were very weedy looking, with the new shoots dying back. I accepted them and didn't complain, because they were being planted at the end of the garden and I knew that Laurels are quite hardy and would eventually recover.”
