“Bought a duvet and towel from this site. Both are of terrible quality. The filler climbs out of the duvet even through the duvet cover. By itself, the blanket creaks, the sound is like walking on snow. It's annoying. Later came the towels, terrible quality. From all four towels of different colors, the pile comes out. After washing, nothing has changed, it only got worse. I have been using bamboo towels bought from another country for 10 years now and have never seen anything like it. The store refuses to return the money. I do not recommend anything from this store.”

Hi Sergei We are sorry to hear this, i have checked and your review is not entirely true. As we can see from the email trail you were offered the chance to return the towels to be checked and a refund would then be issued. As is standard practice with all retail companies the defected items have to be returned and checked before a refund is given which you were not prepared to do. Best regards Paragon

“This is my second order within 2 weeks, partly because of the price reduction but I love these bamboo towels. They stay soft, even when line dried (no need for a tumble dryer). They arrive beautifully packed in a box and I love the colours.”

“The only towels I have found before were part cotton so I was pleased to find Paragon towels. They are beautifully soft and a lovely colour. I am very happy with them.”

“The most beautiful soft towels I’ve came across! Perfect size to wrap around your body and to come out of bathroom looking glam! Going to order more! But mind that “hair towel” is not long enough to wrap around head. It’s only hand/face towel, so wrong advertising? And strangely teal towels are softer then navy or grey.”
