“I purchased the bamboo bed set and a flat sheet. I sleep with a 1 tog cotton duvet and a cotton top sheet during the winter, and just a cotton sheet in the summer months. I suffer from being hot at night. I have found the bamboo bedding cooling and it feels light on the bed. It also has a silky feel to it. which gives it a luxurious feel. I have a tempur mattress which makes the bed hot. This bedding has helped to cool me down. However, I still feel that the mattress is the cause of the hot spells whilst asleep. So I may have to change the mattress for a normal type mattress. I would still recommend the bamboo bedding. I’m very pleased with it.”
