Sorry to hear that, Jessy! I can see that Nicole offered a cancellation of the order for an amendment to the envelopes - sadly we wouldn't be able to offer a refund without the cancellation. Of course, we'll certainly pass your feedback forwards on this.

“The colors are fantastic! So beautiful. Only complaint is the RSVP card did not provide the information we needed so had to produce our own from a local printer.”
“The flowers were beautiful and I loved the colour reproduction but I hadn't realised there were more flowers on the reverse and unfortunately the template printing came out too on the reverse. I had to draw a line through this as it was completely inappopriate for our event. Maybe this was my fault from a technical point of view, but I would have thought Papier would have picked up this inconsistency. So many flowers on the front and back seems a bit excessive. A bettter option would have been a plain reverse.”
