“Long delivery Tim, average paper quality, poor colouring of the border that I not uniform colour everywhere. Packaging is very minimal, would benefit making it kore special (i.e. stop cutting on marketing o increase your margin, there is a minimum expected when it comes to bespoke items). No handwritten thank you note inside either which is again not the final touch one would expect. Your competitors at Amazon have it much better sorted.”
