“Schwere Panzer, written by Bruce Culver and Uwe Feist and published by Ryton Publications, covers the three pinnacle examples of heavy German tank design produced in WW2. The book includes original black and white images of these impressive vehicles as well as informative schematic diagrams and colour plates that are of great value to modellers, historians and people with a general interest in armoured vehicles of the period. The technical specification pages are also informative. The book does a good job at condensing the available information into 170 pages and is a welcome addition to any library.”

“Even if you feel you have everything on the konigstiger this book is still worth having. The detail shots and in service images are excellent and the additional information on the jagdtiger, ferdinand and elephant are the icing on the cake. Great production values too.”
